Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), RQF

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a nationally recognised qualification on the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and is awarded by Focus Awards.
As with all RQF qualifications, this excellent course has been written and designed to meet National Occupational Standards (NOS). It has been created with the help of employers so you can be sure you’re gaining valuable skills that employers are looking for.
To achieve this qualification, you need to complete 3 units, as follows:
- Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
- Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
- Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
You must also complete 1 hour of teaching, during which 15 minutes is observed.
This must be supported by an appropriate plan to deliver the teaching session, at which there must be a minimum of 2 learners present.
